No such thing as
a silly question…
What age is Prep & Play for?
Our sessions are designed for toddlers aged 1–5. Think: walking (or wobbling) up to school-starters. If your little one loves to explore, squish, pour, scoop, and get stuck in — they’re in the right place.
Can I bring my baby too?
Yes! Babes in arms are more than welcome. We’ve been there, juggling a toddler and a newborn. If your bub is crawling, we just ask that you keep an extra eye out during the messier moments & with small parts.
Do I stay with my child?
Yes, this is a stay-and-play session. But you don’t need to be in there “teaching” or hovering. Grab a coffee, settle in, and watch them explore.
What do I need to bring?
Just yourselves and maybe a change of clothes if your little one is a splash enthusiast. Everything else, we’ve got covered.
What if my child doesn’t want to do the activities?
Totally normal. We offer open-ended invitations to play, meaning your child can take the lead, follow their curiosity, and come back when they’re ready. No pressure, no rules (well, except for the don’t-drink-the-paint one).
Can I try before committing to the term? Absolutely. You can book a casual session to see if it’s a good fit. But fair warning — once you’ve seen your kid completely absorbed in scooping pom-poms or rescuing dinosaurs, you’ll want to come back.
Do I have to book?
Yes, please! Spots are limited so everyone has space to play (and breathe). You can book casually or save with a term pass or flexi-pass.
I missed a session! Can I make it up?
Yep, we get it, life happens (especially with toddlers & germs). If you miss a session, you’re welcome to make it up on another day, just let us know so we can make sure there’s space.
